Our Store Policies

We want you to love your product as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your product we will work with you to create something you'll love. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items.

COVID-19 RESPONSE

Our products are created in a safe environment. We take extra measures to ensure the safe handling of our products. 
For ensured safety, we individually package our items after production. Our items are machine washable/dryable unless otherwise stated.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Processing Time: In-stock items are processed and packaged for shipping within 3 business days (M-F). Orders received on weekends will be processed on Mondays. 
Custom items are typically ready to ship in 7-10 business days. If there is a delay in production for any reason, the customer will be notified and provided an updated packaging and shipping date.
Estimated Delivery Time: DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS DELIVERY TIMES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. All orders are shipped via USPS. Customers will receive a tracking number once their package is transferred to the USPS. Please allow 7 days for receipt of packages.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
